SIA Licensed Retail Security Officers provide a visible deterrent to crime, loss and can report anti-social behaviour in accordance with your company policy, whilst maintaining service performance. Retail security officers conduct patrols on designated routes or as directed and take appropriate action in dealing with and helping to prevent theft, loss, physical and verbal assaults on staff and customers when appropriate.

 

Our highly trained officers have excellent communication skills, a good command of the English language and the confidence to interact with your customers in an approachable, friendly and professional manner. Our officers can also add to your customer service, politely greeting and being the first point of contact for all customers and clients, adding value to your business, whilst maintaining the company’s protection.

 

If an incident occurs our officers will swiftly take control of the situation until the arrival of emergency services and management. All incidents and arrests are recorded, reported and escalated with full reports provided to the customer and may be used in a court of law.
